2014 is a very significant year with the commemoration of the start of the World War 1, when we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
It is also an important year for the Lord Raglan Freemasons Lodge No 3685, as it celebrates its 100th year after being formed by Lord Raglan - the Governor of the Isle of Man in 1914.
As part of the celebrations, Lord Raglan Lodge has donated a total of ?3,685 to local charities to mark this occasion.
The Isle of Man Poppy Appeal was poignantly selected as one of the charities to benefit from a donation, on the centenary of the start of the First World War.
