Report on hidden three legs

There is to be a report into the incident where Manx long distance athelete Keith Gerrard had to cover up a three legs on the back of his vest.
The Manx have received a statement from Chris Jenkins, European Regional Vice President of the Commonwealth Games Federation.
It says " I am very sorry about last nights taping up of the Isle of Man national symbol on the athletes vest. I fully understand the depth of feeling over the incident and can assure you that no slight or insult was intended. I can only apologies again and measures have been put in place to ensure this does not happen again."
