Public health boss: Ebola risk "tiny"

The Island’s public health head says he’s not too worried by the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus which has killed 700 people in West Africa.

Dr Parameswaran Kishore says our healthcare system is more than capable of dealing with someone who shows symptoms of the disease and isolating them without spreading the infection.

He points out it’s highly unlikely a sufferer travelling to the Island could get here without being spotted elsewhere first .

And he says there are huge differences between the Isle of Man and Africa:Clip 1
