Manx athlete Zoe Gillings has lost all UK Sport Olympic funding after finishing 9th in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Russia.
UK Sport has just announced a big increase in support for athletes of ?16million but the British no.1 snowboard cross athlete won't see any of it.
Zoe said: 'I fully respect UK Sports' decision. It's obviously disappointing but my performance director made it very clear to me that UK Sport wanted a top 6 finish at the Olympics to continue funding.'
Zoe says she is determined to generate funding in order to train and compete on the World Cup circuit, win back UK Sport funding and have another shot at a medal in Pyeongchang in four years' time.
In the meantime, she has launched another new business www.PoundShaveClub.com and hopes to emulate the success of DollarShaveClub in the United States.
