Cristen through in Badminton

Cristen Marritt is through to the last 32 in Badminton's Women's Singles at the Commonwealth Games.
She beat Nicola Chan Lam of Mauritius 21-15, 21-18 at the Emirates Arena.
Cristen now plays Anna Rankin from New Zealand tomorrow morning.
Cristen says not having played in the team event over the last few days has made things difficult:-

Cristen is back in action this evening with Ben Li in the Mixed Doubles where they play Ming Fu and Terry Hee from Singapore
Kim Clague lost 2-1 to Guernsey's Elena Johnson and Ben Li is out of the Men's Singles after a 2-0 defeat to the number five seed from India.
The final action at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre saw the Isle of Man 4 x 100m Medley Relay team of Grant Halsall, Guy Davies, Alex Bregazzi and Tom Bielich smah the Island record by over 6 seconds with a time of 3 minutes 58.66 seconds.
It means the swimming squad has set 17 new Island records at the meeting and there have been 8 semi-final appearances.
In the shooting, Dave Walton finished 16th and Neil Parsons in 14th in the Men's Trap competition.
In the 50m Rife 3 Position shoot, Gemma Kermode took 18th place with Rachel Glover in 20th.Clip 1
