by isleofman.com 28th July 2014
Isle of Man athlete Harriet Pryke says she was overwhelmed by the crowd at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

The Manx athlete overcame injury to compete in the Games, recovering from a torn Achilles which put her participation in doubt.

After finishing sixth in her 400 metres heat in a time of 56.15 seconds, Harriet told the BBC she was determined to make it.Clip 1
