Wright named new Island Cricket coach

Greig Wright is the new Isle of Man Cricket Development Officer. He replaces Gareth Dawson who left in March to take up a new role with Gibraltar.
Greig is a Level Three coach and has almost completed the ECB Level Four programme. He has coached for the ICC in Holland, Malta, Finland and Austria.
He is currently with Derbyshire as Performance Officer for their elite environment.
This has included developing areas such as the Emerging Players Programme, the Academy, working as head coach for Derbyshire women and all the Junior County Age Group Squads.
Greig is a left-handed batsman who bowls slow left-arm and played for Staffordshire in the Minor Counties Championship.
