Cronkbourne Cricket Club is the venue for the third annual Kreston Cricket Coaching Courses.
Boys and girls from beginners to experienced hard ball players will get the opportunity to be coached by current Isle of Man International Max Stokoe. The Kreston IOM sponsored bronze, silver and gold courses get under way later this month and throughout August.
Kreston CEO David Pope said: ‘We are very pleased to sponsor what is becoming an ever-growing summer event for children and teenagers up to the age of 16. All players will develop new skills as well as refining existing ones and we are not dependent on the weather as coaching, games and quizzes can all take place in the clubhouse.’
The bronze course is for players aged 5-9, silver for ages 10-12 and gold for experienced players aged 13-16. As well as assisting skills development, the courses provide a specific focus on T20 cricket.
