The Manx Grand Prix has a new logo to reflect the sponsorship of the event by Douglas-based gold bullion depository and trading company IMGold. The ‘Manx Grand Prix powered by IMGold’ logo will feature on the www.manxgrandprix.org website, the official MGP programme, advertising, and on branding at the start line, trackside, podium and winners enclosure.

“We’re delighted with the new logo which celebrates our role as the Manx Grand Prix’s role as the first title sponsor in its 91 year history. There’s only just over a month to go before the IMGold Manx Grand Prix begins on August 16th and we’re looking forward to seeing some great racing.”
IMGold, which has vaults located in Victoria Street, has agreed a multi-year deal to sponsor the IMGold Manx Grand Prix, starting with the 2014 event.

The Manx Grand Prix is part of the Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling that also includes the Classic TT, the Manx National Two Day and Manx International Classic Trials and the Vintage Motor Cycle Club Rally and Festival of Jurby. This year's Manx Grand Prix features the Newcomers’ race with three classes on Monday 25th August; the Junior MGP and Lightweight/Super Twin on Wednesday 27th and concludes with the Senior MGP on Friday 29th August. The meeting also includes the ‘IMGold MGP Celebration Party’ invitational evening on Wednesday 27th August and guests will include all former competitors taking part in the MGP Riders Reunion Parade.
