Manx Telecom launches Automated Bill Payment service

by isleofman.com 3rd July 2014

Manx Telecom has launched a new service to make it easier and quicker for customers to pay their Manx Telecom bill. Customers can use the Automated Bill Payment service to settle their accounts by credit or debit card at any time, 24/7.

Emma Walker, Head of Customer Care at Manx Telecom, says the new system will be great for any customers who do not currently pay their bills by direct debit. She commented:

“Manx Telecom has a commitment to make our customers’ lives just that little bit easier and we are always looking for ways to make improvements. By dialling 624624 and pressing option 1 customers can access the Automated Bill Payment service to settle their account without having to wait in a queue to speak to the Customer Service operator. This will allow the Customer Service team to give quicker and more efficient support on the increasing range of products and services we provide.”

The new system is easy to use, but in the unlikely event that a customer does encounter any issues they will be put through to a Customer Service Advisor, who will help complete the transaction.

Full details of all the ways you can pay your bill can be found at http://www.manxtelecom.com/support/billing-and-payment/how-can-i-pay-my-bill.aspx

This is the latest initiative by Manx Telecom to enhance the customer experience. It follows the launch last month [May] of Self-Service top-ups for pay as you go mobile customers, which make it easier to add credit to your own, or friends and family’s mobiles at any time of the day or night simply by dialling 154 and following the instructions to top-up by the required amount.
