Champion Kennaugh disappointed to miss Tour de France

by isleofman.com 2nd July 2014
British Road Race Champion Peter Kennaugh says he's disappointed to be missing out on this year's Tour de France which starts on Saturday.
Just two days before he rode to the national title in Wales last Sunday, it was announced he wasn't in the Team Sky squad for the biggest professional race of all.
The news does pave the way for Kennaugh to compete for the Isle of Man on the track at the Commonwealth Games later this month.
Peter says his non-selection for Le Tour provided extra motivation to be crowned British Champion:-Clip 1
