Manx-based online payment processor Optimal Payments says it’s to acquire TK Global Partners trading as Meritus Payment Solutions for $210 million.
It’s also buying Global Merchant Advisors for $15 million.
The firm is expecting to finalise the deals for the two American companies in Autumn this year.
Optimal says both acquisitions will greatly enhance its earnings prospects as both businesses are fast-growing and profitable.
