Local fiduciary services provider, Abacus will be exhibiting at the UK Property Forum being held at the International Festival of Business (IFB) in Liverpool next week.
As part of the Knowledge, Professional and Financial Services week at IFB the UK Property Forum will take place between 1-2 July at the Crown Plaza on Princes Dock in Liverpool and will provide an opportunity for investors, developers, consultants and suppliers involved in the property sector to see and hear what is driving the UK property market.
Abacus will be represented at the event by Director, Emer Dowling; Senior Trust Manager, Shaun Corris and Tax Director, Andrew Cardwell to promote and discuss the benefits of using the Isle of Man for the establishment and operation of property structures to facilitate tax efficient property investment and development.
