by isleofman.com 27th June 2014

A night of success at the Moneyfacts Annual Awards 2014 in London has seen Isle of Man based Nationwide International, the offshore branch of Nationwide Building Society, pick up the “Best Account Offshore Provider” award.

Sylvia Waycot, Publishing Director, Moneyfacts, said: “By offering an excellent overall offshore product range across numerous currencies, including no notice, notice and fixed rate accounts, Nationwide International is a worthy winner of this category. Low minimum deposit requirements and competitive interest rates meant that Nationwide International was a worthy choice for personal investors’ money.”

Philip Dunne, Managing Director, Nationwide International, said: “We are very pleased to have picked up this prestigious award. Nationwide International prides itself on offering some of the most competitive savings rates on the market. To be recognised as the Best Offshore Account Provider is not only a demonstration of how we are on our customers’ side, but equally the recognition that we continue to be a leading player in the offshore savings market.”
