CIPD Advanced Diploma qualification for Moore Stephens

by isleofman.com 18th June 2014

Moore Stephens are pleased to announce that HR executive Lynsey Clague has been awarded the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (“CIPD”) Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Development.

Lynsey joined the firm in 2001 and became a member of the HR department in 2009.

“I’m very pleased for Lynsey, she works hard and really deserves this,” enthused Clive Dixon, managing partner in Moore Stephens. “As our team continues to grow in numbers the HR department she manages is key to our success. Congratulations Lynsey!”

She completed the diploma over a period of three years, studying with Manchester Open Learning. The diploma included a series of eight modules covering People Management, Learning and Development, and Business and Leadership skills culminating with a 10,000 word dissertation.

“I am as relieved as I am pleased! Three years is a very long time to study, particularly when you have a full-time job and a young family,” said Lynsey. “The experience was rewarding though, not only because it was it interesting but also because it’s already helping me with my day-to-day responsibilities. I’d like to thank Moore Stephens for all their support in this challenge over the last three years; I wouldn’t have got it without them.”
