Bin micro-chipping to gather data

Douglas Councillor Ritchie McNicholl talks about the borough's recycling initiative and why domestic bins are being micro-chipped. Recycling materials off the island is currently making £50,000 per annum for the town and this is expected to increase as more people recycle their rubbish.
