Post Office helps overseas school book appeal

by isleofman.com 14th May 2014

Isle of Man Post Office has helped deliver parcels of books and stationery to a school in the Cook Islands.

The package to Rarotonga was sent by Susie Cooper who divides her time between the Cook Islands and the Isle of Man.
The books will replace those lost during an arson attack, and the gift is keeping it in the family because three students are direct descendants of Manx mutineer Fletcher Christian.
Isle of Man Post Office’s Sponsorship Committee helped Susie deliver the items.
