The Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man announces Effective Meetings event

The Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man is pleased to announce their next event which will give delegates the opportunity to learn how to get more out of meetings. The event, which will take place on Wednesday 14th May, will cover how meetings should be structured, recorded and why some meetings don’t achieve objectives.

Managing Director of local training provider TLC Business Solutions Ltd, Sue Gee will give an insight into how to make meetings more productive, save time and achieve objectives. This is a MUST for anyone that chairs meetings and has never had any formal training.

Sue has wide and varied business experience as a manager, as an independent businesswoman, and as a trainer. She has worked internationally in a wide range of business sectors, including hospitality, the airline industry, accountancy and recruitment before moving into training as Centre Manager for a Jersey based training provider. She set up TLC Business Solutions in 2004 and provides tailored training and management development courses across all business sectors.

The Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man is one of 60 local Chartered Insurance Institutes (CII) across the UK and they provide training and education support to over 300 industry professional on the island.

Where: The Claremont Hotel (12:30pm – 1:30pm)
Cost: Free to CII & PFS members and students, ?10 charge for non-members
