Ramsey B beat PDMS Emerging Nomads 43-5 to take the Manx Bowl in style.
Tries from Andy Bunce and Dave Keenan gave Ramsey a 10-0 half-time lead.
Aneurin Pritchard crossed for Ramsey early in the second half, and when Ben Harding converted, they were 17-0 in front.
Andy Mulhern pulled one back for Nomads but as they tired, Ramsey capitalised with Bunce and Keenan both picking up their second tries.
There were also supporting tries from Mark Oldfield and Matthew Meechan, while Ben Harding kicked three more conversions to clinch the silverware.
