Cal Cooper bagged more BSB Supersport points with two solid rides at the second round of the series at Oulton Park.
The results leave him 10th in the extremely competitive series.
The 17 year-old from Ramsey was seventh in the 12-lap sprint race on Sunday and then brought the PacedayZ.com Yamaha R6 home in 11th place in Monday's 16-lap main feature race.
Cooper, a Manx Sport Aid recipient who is also supported by Paul Dedman Performance of Ramsey, battled strongly throughout both races and beat the likes of American star James Respoli, twice a winner of the Daytona Supersport title.
Cooper started from 10th on the grid in race one and 11th in race two, positions in the latter being determined by fastest laps.
Said Cal: ‘Both races were very tough and I'm fairly pleased with how things went. It's a big learning curve with these guys and the pace is electric. I'm learning a lot and making progress.’
Team boss Craig Fitzpatrick said: ‘I’m pleased for Cal, he's worked hard, listened to what he's been told and it's only a matter of time before we'll see even greater improvement.’
