Jordan Lee, Jack Smith (two), Jonathan Griffiths, Sam Chapman and an own goal set up a visit to holders Corinthians.
They were 8-2 winners at Douglas Athletic.
Goals from Phil Kelly (two), Robert Bentley (two), Stuart Smith, Jamie Stoy and player-managers David Bignall and Matthew Palmer saw them through.
Liam Dawson netted both for Athletic.
Old Boys underlined their hopes with a 4-1 victory over Combination One runners-up St Mary’s.

They will now meet Rushen who had Ross Mulligan to thank for seeing off battling Marown.
