MT results released

Manx Telecom’s Chief Executive Officer says he’s pleased with the first set of results released by the company since it floated on the Alternative investments Market.
The figures show the company’s profits after tax dropped from ?3.1 million to just ?364,000 in 2013 after it wrote down the value of its outgoing 2G and 3G networks by ?2.7 million.
Mike Dee says revenues and operating profits were up last year, and off-Island business grew by more than a quarter.
He says despite that rise, MT’s focus is still firmly on the Isle of Man:
