Greg Ellison, CEO of Boston Group, is pleased to announce that Alex Fray has joined the independent, privately owned professional services firm as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As the COO, Alex is responsible for the central finance function, operations, technology and all strategic change initiatives across the group. Alex will also be appointed to the boards of Boston Limited and Boston Group Limited. The appointment supports Boston’s continued growth, in particular using technology and operations to deliver the finest client service in the fiduciary and professional services sectors.

Alex joins Boston with a wealth of experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Commenting on his appointment, Alex said: “I am thrilled to be joining Boston Group at such an exciting time in its journey. Already a leading edge professional services group in the Isle of Man and Malta, Boston is rapidly establishing its reputation for excellence in new markets and I am delighted to join what I consider to be a high calibre management team."

Greg Ellison comments: “Alex is a very strong addition to our senior management team and he will help shape the operational platform for our ongoing international growth and diversification.”
