Chief Minister 'not surprised' at health findings

The Chief Minister says he’s not surprised by many of the findings in a review which exposed some serious shortcomings within the Island’s health service.

Last summer, Allan Bell held a number of meetings with consultants and hospital management to learn about their concerns first hand.

Now the first part of the review has identified several areas of 'immediate risk' requiring urgent attention.

Mr Bell admits some attitudes need to change to help restore confidence.
