Disruption possible as MT 4G rolled out

by isleofman.com 10th April 2014
There is the possibility of some localised disruption to Manx Telecom's mobile network over the next month.
That's because work has started on the ?10 million investment into 4G technolgy which will bring superfast broadband to the Island.
New infrastructure is being installed at all mobile sites as an entirely new network is created.
Manx Telecom marketing director David Smith says any disruption is more likely in rural areas, rather than towns, where there are multiple sites.
He's also stressing the company has to put the safety of its workers first:Clip 1
