Minister announces new political delegations

Minister for Economic Development John Shimmin MHK has announced the new delegations for the Department of Economic Development following the arrival of its new political Members.
 
The Minister commented:
 
‘I am delighted to welcome Graham Cregeen, David Cretney and Leonard Singer to the team. They will each bring valuable experience and assistance to the Department and I look forward to working with them to deliver the objectives set out in Vision2020. This will ensure we continue to grow the economy and maintain the Isle of Man’s status as a highly regarded International Business Centre.’

David Cretney MHK

•      Welcome Centre
•      Trustee of the Manx Museum and National Trust

Leonard Singer MHK 

•      E-business including Information Communication Technology
•      e-Gaming
•      Space
•      Manufacturing
•      Creative Industries inc. Film & Media

Graham Cregeen MHK 

•      Energy Policy
•      Clean Technology sector
•      Construction
•      Retail
•      Business support services including Planning assistance and Regeneration
•      Schemes inc. Financial Assistance Scheme, Business Support Scheme, Small Business Start-Up Scheme
•      Other supporting sectors
•      Mines and Minerals
•      The Department’s Properties

Tony Wild MLC
