The Mayor of Douglas, Councillor Carol Malarkey, has hosted a meeting at Douglas town hall organised by the Positive Action Group to outline proposals for the formation of a Manx credit union.

Around 60 people attended the meeting led by working party chairman David Talbot who was joined by UK Credit Unions Limited operations manager Dawn Vear.
