Equiom, the leading international trust and corporate services provider with offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Malta is delighted to announce that its Group Managing Director, Sheila Dean has been awarded “Editors Choice” at the Citywealth International Finance Centre (IFC) Awards 2014.

The awards, which are now in their third year, were established to highlight the excellence of advisors and managers within the private wealth sectors of the major international finance centres.  They are judged by an international panel of highly respected practitioners from across all private wealth sectors that have experience of working with advisors in all the jurisdictions covered.

Karen Jones, Editor, Citywealth commented. “The Editors Choice award is always a careful decision each year. I seek innovative and successful individuals who are blazing a trail in the private wealth industry but doing so with dignity and humanity, whether dealing with clients, staff or peers. Sheila Dean exemplifies all the qualities Citywealth admires in business and she was a deserving winner for 2014. Our congratulations to her and Equiom.”

Commenting on her success, Equiom’s Group Managing Director, Sheila Dean said:  “It is a great honour to receive the “Editors Choice” award.  This award would not have been possible without the hard work and determination of the teams across the Equiom business and the partnerships we have with our clients and intermediaries.  I am extremely proud to win this award and am privileged to have an exceptional team to support me.”

This accolade follows Sheila’s inclusion, as a Leading Trustee, in the Citywealth Leaders List 2014.
