Leading fiduciary and fund services specialists, Abacus, is pleased to announce a new appointment to their management team.
The Douglas based provider has appointed John-Michael McCann as a Trust Manager to their fiduciary business, as part of their ongoing growth strategy and the continued development of their fiduciary services offering.
A qualified lawyer, John-Michael has experience in a range of Commercial, Trust and Private Client law and has also had involvement in private aircraft transactions and their holding structures.
As part of his new role, John-Michael will be actively involved in business development, will be responsible for his own portfolio of clients and will provide support with legal matters.

Prior to joining Abacus, John-Michael was an Associate for global law firm, Appleby, where he trained in a broad range of Commercial and Private Client law with particular focus on ship finance and registration in the Isle of Man. John-Michael qualified as a Manx Advocate in 2010 and is a member of the Isle of Man Law Society.
