Tax Agreement with Seychelles comes into force

Following completion of the ratification procedures, the Isle of Man’s Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income with the Republic of Seychelles entered into force on 16 December 2013.

The agreement was signed in the Isle of Man on 25 March 2013 by Eddie Teare MHK, the Isle of Man’s Treasury Minister, and by Pierre Laporte, the Seychelles’ Minister for Finance, Trade and Investment, in Seychelles on 28 March 2013.
