A Manx-based trust, fund and corporate service provider has made its third buy this year – by acquiring Citadel Services in Luxembourg.



First Names Group says it’ll give the company a much sought-after presence in Luxembourg and means it now employs 460 people across strategic locations.



Citadel will begin operating under the new brand early next year.



Morgan Jubb, First Names Group’s chief executive, says the expansion into Luxembourg will enable it to provide trust, fund and corporate administration services from the jurisdiction.
