Itex management buyout

Manx IT business Itex has been bought out by its management.

Alyson Hamilton Lacey and James Cochrane bought business from the C5 Alliance Group, which purchased Itex Holdings’ operations in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey in June.

Itex, based on Circular Road in Douglas, specialises in consultancy, design, delivery, disaster recovery, hosting and training.

Managing director Alyson says plans for the company’s future will be unveiled over the coming months.
