Companies registry price changes

by isleofman.com 4th December 2013
The Companies Registry says new prices for its services will come into effect on January 7 next year.

It’s the first change to prices for almost three years, and Economic Development Minister John Shimmin says the changes ensure the Island stays competitive compared to other jurisdictions.

Incorporating a 1931 Act company, a 2006 Act company, registering a Limited Liability Company, a foreign company or a limited partnership falls to ?100 from ?195, while registering a limited partnership falls to ?100 from ?220.

There’ll be new fees to fast-track some services, with a ‘While You Wait’ incorporation and registration heading the list at ?500.

Annual Returns go up five per cent from ?360 to ?380 and the cost of company searches also rises.
