by isleofman.com 2nd December 2013

The JCC IOM are pleased to announce the success of the Festival of Motorcycling breakfast briefing. Partnered alongside the Chartered Institute of Marketing and sponsored by Motorsport Merchandise IOM Ltd – the breakfast briefing was an opportunity for professionals to learn from some of the key individuals involved in the launch of the Festival about why the changes were made to the Manx Grand Prix, what research underpinned them, and what measurable
successes have been achieved.

The briefing was presented by Heather Smallwood FCIM – Marketing Consultant, Paul Philips – Motorsport Development Manager and Department of Economic Development, and Simon Crellin, MD of Redpoint PR, who manages the PR for the Festival of Motorcycling and TT Races.

“The Festival of Motorcycling breakfast briefing was great,” said Owen Cutajar, chairman of the JCC. “The JCC feel it’s important to talk about local topics and also work with other committees like the Chartered Institute of Marketing. It has been a pleasure to work alongside our sponsors, Motorsport Merchandise IOM. We try and make sure events calendar is packed with a variety of different events to suit all our committee members, please get in touch if you’d like to find out more.”
