Shop adds designer flair to high street

A vintage clothing shop has opened in Ramsey, filling what was an empty unit in the high street.
Winnie Kelly's is adding a designer edge to the town, combining 'pre-loved' pieces with brand new items.
Clients are invited to bring in their good quality used clothing, and if their cast-offs find a buyer, they will receive 50% of the sale price back.
Named after the couple's dog Winnie, the shop's owners Karen and Cyril Kelly are confident the mixture of old and new items will draw people to the town:
