ACSP November 19 seminar full: repeat session arranged for November 28

The Association of Corporate Service Providers has arranged a repeat session on Thursday November 28 of its November 19 offshore tax update seminar which is now fully booked.

Once again the presentation will be with managing director of BDO (IOM) LLC Phillip Dearden who will give an update on UK tax matters affecting offshore trusts, a review of new residence rules and changes to offshore anti-avoidance provisions, and also explore issues relating to FATCA and the Manx Disclosure Facility. 

Sponsored by Barclays the seminar will be at the Upper Church Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start. It is anticipated the event will finish around 1.30pm, subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience.
