Equiom, the leading international trust and corporate services provider, headquartered in the Isle of Man and with offices in Jersey and Malta is delighted to announce that Colin MacKenzie and Nina Johnston have been appointed to board level.

The board appointments are as follows:

Colin MacKenzie has been appointed to the Equiom Group Limited board as Group Human Resources Director.  Colin joined Equiom in 2002 and has over twenty years’ experience within Human Resources.  He brings a breadth of knowledge, best practice policies and substantial employee relations experience to the Group. 

Reflecting on his appointment Colin commented: “It is a great honour to be appointed as Group Human Resources Director and to serve on the Group board and I look forward to continuing to support the business going forward.”

Nina Johnston has been appointed to the Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited board as Client Service Director.  Nina joined Equiom in 2005 and has over twenty two years experience within the offshore fiduciary sector.  Her new appointment to the Isle of Man board will see Nina assume responsibility for all core fiduciary teams in the Isle of Man. 

In respect of her appointment Nina commented: “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to serve on the Isle of Man board and look forward in continuing to ensure that Equiom clients receive a first class and bespoke service at all times.”
