Future of space financing white paper launched by IISC

The Isle of Man-based International Institute of Space Commerce has just released a white paper on the future of space financing.
The proposals still suggest government involvement, albeit as guarantors only, while the funding for projects would come from the private equity markets.
Chris Stott, chairman and chief executive of ManSat, is on the institute's board of directors.
Speaking to Manx Radio from Houston, he said the institute puts the Island at the forefront of all this:
