Equiom, the leading international trust and corporate services provider with offices in Jersey and Malta is delighted to announce the promotions of Steve Gray, Ross King and Andrew Wilson.

All three individuals are based in Equiom’s headquarters in the Isle of Man and will continue to support the ongoing operations of the Equiom Group.

The three promotions are:

Steve Gray promoted to Senior Manager - Fiduciary Services with key responsibilities including the management of a portfolio of high net worth clients, the management of administration teams, the operational review of the client base of acquisition targets and harmonisation of clients and staff following successful acquisition.  Steve has over 23 years experience within the Company and Trust sector with a broad range of experience of managing and administering structures holding a variety of asset classes including property, investment products and commercial vessels.

Ross King promoted to Senior Manager - Integration and Change with responsibility for the operational integration of successful acquisitions, the management of wider change initiatives and the ongoing development of all business information systems and requirements.  Ross has more than 20 years experience in the offshore trust and fiduciary business and has extensive experience of Equiom’s systems and processes.  He has already played a leading role with regards to the integration process for Equiom’s most recent acquisitions.    

Andrew Wilson promoted to VAT Manager with responsibility for managing the Isle of Man, United Kingdom and European Union VAT compliance within Equiom.  Andrew has over 17 years experience in the finance industry including VAT, accountancy and tax investigations and has an in-depth understanding of yachting and aviation structures and VAT solutions.
