2014 global economic outlook to headline at ACSP’s October seminar

The global economic outlook for 2014 will be the subject of the Association of Corporate Service Providers’ seminar on Tuesday October 22nd.

Sponsored by Barclays the presentation on global macro economic conditions will be given by Barclays’ head of equity strategy Will Hobbs, who will explore the opportunities and risks in current global markets.

Mr Hobbs, a fellow of the Securities Institute, joined Barclays in October 2005, working in the equity research team, covering the global consumer sector. He has since moved into the strategy team and now runs global equity strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) division. Prior to joining Barclays, he was an equity sector analyst and equity strategist at Gerrard Investment Management.

The session, which will be preceded by the ACSP’s Annual General Meeting, will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12noon for a prompt start at 12.30pm. Subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience the seminar is expected to finish around 1.30pm.
