Equiom to showcase their expertise at 23rd Monaco Yacht Show

Equiom, a leading international provider of yacht registration and ownership structures is to exhibit at the 23rd Monaco Yacht Show from 25th to 28th September 2013.

A senior team of experts from across the Group’s various locations – Isle of Man, Jersey and Malta will attend the event in order to showcase the expertise and service offering that has established Equiom as a market leader within the industry.  Through their proven capability in establishing and managing a variety of yacht ownership structures and crew employment solutions, the team, led by Equiom’s VAT Director, Steve Cain will seek to gain new business opportunities during the four day show. 

Steve Cain, speaking ahead of the show commented; “Ever-changing legislation affecting the yachting industry has resulted in the need for us to produce a variety of solutions to ensure that we remain a competitive and attractive service provider.  We understand the issues and are confident that we provide one of the most comprehensive service offerings within the marketplace today.”

Steve continued; “Importation of yachts into the EU, VAT registrations in multiple jurisdictions and paying VAT on charters in the EU are just some of the current topical issues affecting the industry, and our team are fully prepared to provide visitors to our stand with further insight into each.”

Joining Steve in Monaco will be Andrew Wilson (VAT Manager), Lisa Osland (Yachting and Aviation Manager – Isle of Man), Scott Le Cornu (Manager Marine and Aviation – Jersey) and Alex Beetham (Yachting and Aviation Supervisor – Malta).  The team can be found at the Equiom stand no: QS40 located in the Darse Sud Tent.

Monaco Yacht Show regularly attracts wealthy yacht owners and their representatives along with key figures from the leading yacht brokers, designers and builders who all gather in Port Hercules for four days of networking and business negotiations. Over 33,000 professional and private visitors, 100 super and mega yachts and over 500 exhibitors are expected – making it the most important event for anyone within the yachting industry.
