Bank enjoys different net profits!

by isleofman.com 24th July 2013
Members of an Island bank have swapped gross profits for small nets recently as they went rockpooling!
Staff members of Nedbank Private Wealth along with other family and children went to Scarlett with the Manx Wildlife Trust's Education Officer Kath Smith.
The bank is a long-time supporter of the Wildlife Trust and in January this year announced that it had agreed financial support for the Trust to continue its key education officer role for a further twelve months.
The charity lost its previous annual grant for the post from the Department of Education and Children due to government cutbacks.
Senior Marketing Executive for the bank,Cathy Cowin, says in this time of ipads and computer games it was lovely to see so many children out enjoying the Island's beautiful coastline.
She adds that staff now have a much better appreciation of the work educational work done by the trust - and how important it is that it should continue.
