The Equiom Group has completed the acquisition of City Trust – an Isle of Man based trust and corporate services provider.
City Trust Chairman, Rodney Margot and his team have all joined the Equiom Group within their Isle of Man Office as part of the acquisition deal.
The deal follows the highly purchase of Andium Trust Company Limited in October 2012, and is in line with the group’s corporate strategy of acquisitive growth to support their ongoing organic growth.
