Global Fiduciary Services Provider The ILS Group Limited is strengthening its growing services offering in the Isle of Man through the expansion of its Specialist Services Team.

The Group, which is headquartered in Douglas, but has offices in nine other locations around the world, has appointed experienced company and trust professional Debbie Lean as a Trust and Company Administrator.

Debbie said: “I am thrilled to be joining ILS. I hope to bring the experience and knowledge gained during my career so far to develop relationships with both new and existing clients and to add to the expertise of The ILS Group, as a leading international fiduciary services provider.”

The team, which is headed up by Specialist Services Manager Graham Clague, and includes long servers Karen Finan, a senior company administrator who has been with ILS for 10 years, and Darren Quirk, a company administrator who has been with ILS for 16 years, is responsible for providing high level fiduciary support and managing the requirements of ILS’s niche clients.

Chief Executive Officer Chris Eaton said: “I am pleased to welcome Debbie to our Isle of Man operation. The work of our Specialist Services Team continues to support ILS’s commitment to expand and build on the range and quality of services we want to offer our clients. We are confident Debbie will be a valuable addition to the team and our clients, enabling us to further promote and improve the high quality of service our clients enjoy.”

Graham Clague said: "I am delighted to welcome Debbie to ILS. With her knowledge and experience she will become an important part of our expanding Specialist Services Team. Debbie’s appointment reflects our commitment to build on the excellent platform of services that are available to our clients and I feel she will be a valuable addition to the team and our Group as a whole.”
