by isleofman.com 14th May 2013

BW Oakfield Group (“BWO”) has been the Isle of Man’s sole representative of Kreston International (“Kreston”) since 2005.

Kreston is now the 13th largest accounting network in the World, with nearly $2 Billion of annual revenues in 2012, and is a dedicated Network of accountants and business advisors, with 700 member firms, employing over 21,000 professionals in over 105 countries.

BWO will, in May 2013, fully align itself with the Kreston brand and become Kreston IOM.
Martin Peters, Chairman of BWO, said;

“We are delighted to rebrand ourselves in line with the Kreston International Network as the Isle of Man’s sole member.   With a rapidly changing business environment, it is essential for companies and High Net worth individuals to have access to advice on an international scale.
We feel the network will ensure they have the ability to gain that advice in all jurisdictions in which they or their businesses operate"

Stewart Davies, Group Managing Director added:

"Integration is simply the natural evolution of the Groups already strong name in the market. BWO has also been active in the Network for some time.  In 2011 and 2012, BWO were delighted to Chair Kreston UK’s Tax Group and we currently Chair the Network’s International Wealth and Fiduciary Services Special Interest Group covering 13 jurisdictions."

The rebranding will be launched officially on Wednesday 22nd May 2013, by Jon Lisby, Chief Executive Officer of Kreston International.

BW Oakfield Limited is licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision as a Trust & Corporate Service Provider.
