by isleofman.com 2nd May 2013

Citywing is inviting local businesses to flex their muscles and raise money for a good cause by taking part in a sponsored Plane Pull event at Isle of Man Airport on Sunday 14th July.

This year teams will be raising money for Citywing’s Charity of the Year, Crossroads Care.  The local charity is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and Citywing has provided them with 25 return Business Select tickets to use for fundraising during the year on their routes from the Island to Blackpool, Belfast, Gloucester (M5) and Newcastle.

Managing Director, David Buck said: ‘Plane Pull events are always unusual and fantastic fun for everyone involved, and are a great team-building opportunity as well as being a unique way to contribute to a very worthwhile cause.

‘We are honoured to work alongside Crossroads Care to raise money for, and awareness of, the life-changing services they provide.  Anyone interested in participating in the Plane Pull please do get in touch, team numbers are limited so please make sure you get your applications in soonest to avoid disappointment.
