The Group is increasing its focus on talent development and Sam, a former Isle of Man student, will undergo a varied management training programme across ILS’s global offering.

In addition to his MBA, Sam has an MSc in International Management from the ICN Business School in France and an honours degree in History from the University of Durham.
Sam said: “I’m delighted to join the ILS team. This opportunity allows me to build upon my experience and be part of a leading international fiduciary services provider.
