The Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority is to offer bursaries to two students studying engineering at university.
Chief Executive Peter Winstanley recently admitted the authority had suffered poor responses to job advertisements and difficulties in recruiting.
He says there's a real shortage of engineers in the Island and they're now trying to combat the problem by offering sponsorship for students.
