This new structure also means that three of our core areas that impact upon customer experience can work more closely together in rolling out our Customer Centricity programme.’
Chief Financial Officer Martin Jones explained: ‘Joining the Board, together with my colleagues Antony Kelsey and Chris Watterson, formalises the management structure and serves to define Capital Select’s strategic role within the Group.’

Bringing senior members into the board structure serves to ratify Capital Select’s valued role within the Group and will lend added rigor to decision-making processes across all functions.’
Capital International Group’s Chief Executive Anthony Long said: ‘These latest directorship appointments are not only a vote of confidence in our people but will also help create strong stewardship for the business, bolster the framework to drive the Group’s “good to great” strategy and support our ambitions for the future.’
