by isleofman.com 19th March 2013

Citywing celebrated its third month of operation with its single busiest day on Monday 4th March, receiving an unparalleled number of bookings for the year ahead.

Citywing Managing Director, David Buck said: “We are pleased and encouraged by our first three months and with days like this hopefully the rest of the year will exceed expectations.  We’re very grateful to our customers for their continuing support and will continue to work to develop new business and leisure visitors for the Island.”

Just recently Citywing announced additional flights for TT 2013 to and from Leeds Bradford, London Oxford and Anglesey which has helped boost bookings too.

David Buck continued: “We remain keen to develop key Isle of Man gateways including our frequent daily services to Blackpool, Belfast, Gloucester (M5) and Newcastle, supporting and promoting the Isle of Man economy wherever possible.”
